margin = (selling price / (1 + VAT) − cost) / net price
We automatically apply the food-service VAT for your market: RO 11%, FR 10%, EU 10%. The calculated margin is above the product cost, excluding general expenses.
baked units = sold / (1 − waste%)
If you sell 100 units but have 5% waste, you bake 105 units. With Maison Spique, you only bake what you sell (waste ≈ 0%). Real savings = difference in baked units × their cost. Cap 99% — if exceeded, we display an alert.
total cost ≈ net salary × factor
