How many pastry items per person for a coffee break?

Rules of thumb: morning coffee break — 2–3 mini items per person. Buffet breakfast — 4–6 items per person (mix of mini and standard). Afternoon coffee break — 1–2 items per person. Our team helps you with an exact calculation based on event type.

Can you deliver in 24 hours for an urgent event?

In some local European routes with cold-chain partners on stand-by: yes, 24–48 hours ahead can be possible (subject to stock). Standard lead time: 3–7 working days for most destinations. For large events, we recommend planning 7–10 days ahead to guarantee stock and logistics.

What happens if the event is rescheduled?

Maison Spique products keep 12 months at −18°C in a freezer. If the event is rescheduled, you use them at the next one. If it is cancelled outright, you redistribute to other events or use them in your fixed venues. Zero financial waste if you have freezer capacity.

Do you have options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Maison Spique is traditional French boulangerie — products contain butter and wheat flour, they are not vegan or gluten-free. For events that require those options, we recommend combining Maison Spique for standard guests with specialised products from vegan or gluten-free suppliers.
