Our products are made in France, in partnership with master bakers and millers who have spent generations refining the craft. We work with French facilities that hold IFS Food, BRC, and Label Rouge certifications. Our ingredients meet the highest European standards: 82% French butter, Label Rouge flour, slow cold fermentation of up to 16 hours. The product you take from the freezer was prepared by hands that have practised this craft for decades.
